Bury St Edmunds Festival appearance with James Gilchrist (tenor)

A return visit the Bury Festival – with another premiere, this time from Nicola LeFanu who is celebrating her 60th year. Its also the Maconchy 100 and so we’ve included works by mother and daughter. Another chance to hear Romantic Residues by Alec Roth with words by Vikram Seth, back by popular request…and a selection of other treats!

mobius are delighted to be back at the Wigmore in a year that has been full of exciting developments for them. This concert is supported by Andrew Deacon with whom mobius have been developing a UK schools project – bringing students the very best of classical music.

Celebrate with us the passing of 100 years since the first performance of Ravel’s famous septet.
