A collaboration between international prize winning musicians

Martin Storey made his London South Bank recital debut in 1990 and has since performed throughout the UK, Europe and North America as soloist and recitalist. He is a member of the highly acclaimed Gould Piano Trio which has won three major competitions: the 1990 Charles Hennen Competition in Holland, the 1991 First Melbourne Competition and the 1993 Vittorio Gui Competition in Florence. Born in Britain, Martin studied cello at the Royal Academy of Music, London and after winning several Trust Fund Awards he went on to study at the New England Conservatory, Boston. His teachers were Florence Hooton, David Strange, Laurence Lesser, Colin Carr and Bernard Greenhouse.
